About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and communicative Business Development Executive to be the first point of contact for our incoming leads. You will play a key role in qualifying prospects and connecting them with our senior team — helping us grow our third-party manufacturing business for pet edible products.
If you enjoy talking to people, are comfortable picking up the phone, and have a knack for identifying genuine business opportunities, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, timelines, and decision-making capacity
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM
- Coordinate and hand off qualified leads to senior business development members
- Follow up with prospects to ensure continuity in the sales process
- Develop a basic understanding of our pet edibles manufacturing capabilities to communicate effectively with potential clients
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or inbound sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and phone as primary communication tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- B2B sales experience is a plus
- Prior exposure to FMCG, food manufacturing, or pet industry is an advantage

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
