Job Title: Hoarding Flex Mounting Technician

Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and physically fit Hoarding Flex Mounting Technician to install, mount, replace, and maintain flex banners and outdoor advertising hoardings at various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Mount and remove flex banners on hoardings and billboards.
- Assist in erecting and dismantling hoarding structures when required.
- Ensure proper alignment, tension, and finishing of flex materials.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of hoardings.
- Handle tools, ropes, ladders, and safety equipment responsibly.
- Follow safety procedures while working at heights.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to complete work on schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work site after completion.
Requirements
- Experience in flex mounting, outdoor advertising, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
- Physically fit and willing to travel to different sites within the proximity of 30 km around Coimbatore.
- Knowledge of basic tools and installation techniques.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Salary & Benefits
- Daily Wage: ₹1,000 per day
- Overtime payment 10% Extra Per Hour
- Travel allowance will be paid additionally
