1. Unit Visit
-Visit to Other Unit insite Seepz as per the set schedule
Employee Mapping
a) Confirm attendance of employees from manager
b) Map employee's location & share the file on monthly basis to the Payroll team
c) If the employee is on long absenteeism, call him/ her & confirm the status
Employee query resolution
a) Handle queries related to employees regarding PF, ESIC/Medicaid, Salary, Attendance, Punching, Leaves, and Transfer etc.
b) Addition/ deletion of employee family details in PF & ESIC/Medicaid & issue of 'Forms' as applicable
c) Distribute confirmation, appointment, transfer letters etc. to employees and taking acknowledgment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
