We are looking for a highly creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Specialist to join the team at ADORE-A-BOO. You will be the visual storyteller for our brand, responsible for capturing our kids' clothing collections through high-quality photography and transforming them into viral-ready, extraordinary video content.
The ideal candidate has an expert eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of the children’s apparel market, and the technical skill to produce professional-grade reels that stop the scroll.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Production & Photoshoots
- Plan and execute professional in-house photoshoots for new product launches, featuring our apparel on models.
- Direct poses and lighting to ensure our clothes are showcased with premium, high-contrast, and clean aesthetics that align with the ADORE-A-BOO brand identity.
- Edit and color-grade images to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
2. Video Editing & Reels Creation
- Produce, edit, and export extraordinary short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) that highlights garment details, textures, and fabric quality.
- Apply advanced transitions, motion graphics, and sound design to keep audience engagement high.
- Create content that emphasizes the comfort and functionality of our designs (e.g., highlighting specific features like v-shaped pockets or unique fabric textures).
3. Trend Research & Strategy
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trending audio, hashtags, and viral reel formats.
- Proactively brainstorm and execute creative concepts that adapt current trends to a kids' clothing brand context.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry visual trends to ensure ADORE-A-BOO remains a top-of-mind brand in the Chennai market and beyond.
Technical Skills & Requirements
- Design Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent professional-grade software).
- Equipment: Comfortable working with professional DSLRs/Mirrorless cameras and lighting setups for studio/lifestyle photography.
- Trend Awareness: A strong portfolio demonstrating a "native" understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends—you don't just follow trends, you know how to build them.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to capture and showcase specific product details (embroidery, textures, fits) effectively.
- Experience: Proven experience in fashion or lifestyle brand content creation.
