Customer Support Executive – Auto Parts Division

Experience: 1–3 years (Auto parts/automobile industry preferred)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support to handle inbound/outbound customer queries, assist buyers with product information, and resolve post-sales concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, emails, and chats related to product inquiries and order updates.
- Log issues, follow up on escalations, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and technical teams for smooth processing.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer support (auto parts knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume conversations.
- Problem-solving attitude and professionalism.
This position requires working in the US Shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
