Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Support to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in promoting our electric vehicles, making enquiry, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our electric 3 & 4 wheeler vehicles.
- Manage and update the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Track pipeline, forecast sales, and report to management
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales contracts
- Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers, providing information about our vehicles, services, and financing options.
- Build rapport with callers through effective questioning techniques to understand their needs and identify opportunities for electric vehicle ownership.
- Schedule appointments for test drives and consultations with our sales team.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Odia language fluency a plus).
- Strong active listening skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.
