Job Description – Telesales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Bajaj Housing Finance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, generating new business opportunities, and assisting customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain Bajaj Housing Finance products, including Home Loan Balance Transfer and Top-Up offers.
- Generate and qualify new sales prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior telecalling or telesales experience is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
