Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using APIs and connectors.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize middleware performance for complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in developing reusable components and frameworks to accelerate delivery.
- Knowledge of security best practices in API management and data exchange.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
