Job Summary
MAICAT Healthcare is hiring an MBBS + MD (Emergency Medicine/General Medicine) doctor with 3–4 years of experience to manage IPD patients, provide clinical consultations, and support patient acquisition through teleconsultation and telesales. The ideal candidate should have excellent clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a patient-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor IPD patients, including admission, treatment planning, and follow-up.
- Conduct teleconsultations and counsel prospective patients regarding MAICAT treatment programs.
- Convert qualified patient inquiries into admissions through effective medical counselling.
- Coordinate with the sales and patient care teams to improve patient conversions.
- Handle emergency and critical care cases whenever required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MD in Emergency Medicine or General Medicine.
- 3–4 years of clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Comfortable handling both IPD patient care and telesales/teleconsultation responsibilities.
- Valid Medical Council registration.
Compensation
- Competitive salary (based on experience) + Performance-based incentives.
Location: On-site – MAICAT Healthcare
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
