Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales activities for our co-working spaces. The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about our co-working spaces.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service to understand their needs and preferences.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-ups to convert prospects into tenants.
Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales and increase occupancy rates.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions using CRM software.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and timely resolution of any issues or concerns raised by existing clients.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales
Experience: Minimum 0-1 experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
