Office Operations Executive – SATYANI TECHNOLOGIES LLP
We are looking for an Office Operations Executive to handle daily office work, customer coordination, and basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Coordinate with service engineers and customers
- Maintain service records and office documents
- Follow up with customers for payments and service updates
- Tender participation
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with team and customers
Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma
Experience
Min 1Years ( ups,inverter,batteries experience prefferable)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
