Position Title: Telecalling Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
Salary: Salary will be based on experience and industry standards.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and offerings.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up calls as required.
- Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and lead information in the system.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into appointments or business opportunities.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure effective customer engagement.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends or customer preferences to management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality requirements, and customer service standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
