About the Role We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Social Media Strategist who can take complete ownership of our social media presence—from ideation and scriptwriting to content creation, publishing, and audience growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and platform algorithms, with the ability to create impactful content that strengthens brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms.
● Own the complete content lifecycle—from ideation and scriptwriting to shooting, editing, publishing, and post-publication monitoring.
● Create compelling scripts for Reels, short-form videos, brand campaigns, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
● Plan, create, and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
● Handle and manage all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely content delivery.
● Research industry trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to create fresh, engaging, and high-performing content.
● Plan and direct content shoots, coordinate production, and oversee editing to maintain high-quality output.
● Write engaging captions and optimize content using relevant hashtags, keywords, and platform-specific best practices.
● Develop innovative strategies to boost followers, reach, engagement, and overall social media presence organically.
● Analyze content performance and audience insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
● Collaborate with internal teams to create creative campaigns, product promotions, employer branding, and event-related content.
● Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, emerging platforms, and digital content trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Required Skills
● 4+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Content Creation, and Brand Management.
● Proven expertise in content ideation, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, and publishing across major social media platforms.
● Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other emerging social platforms.
● Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, InShot, or similar software.
● Strong understanding of platform algorithms, social media trends, SEO, hashtags, keywords, and audience engagement techniques.
● Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
● Ability to create innovative strategies that drive organic growth and improve brand visibility.
● Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
