- Manage reception and guest check-in / check-out.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service and resolve complaints.
- Train and supervise front office staff like receptionists and bell desk.
- Monitor room status and coordinate with housekeeping.
- Check guest bills, payments, and daily revenue reports.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
- Ensure special attention and smooth stay for VIP guests.
- Prepare occupancy reports, arrivals, departures, and revenue updates.
- Coordination with Reservations / Knowldge about plans
