About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer to join the team.
The role is responsible for driving secure design, architecture, and implementation reviews for data center focused SoC platforms such as AI inference accelerators, ASICs, and CPUs.
The focus is on identifying design gaps early, enforcing security best practices, and ensuring strong end to end protection across firmware, infrastructure, and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Review Threat Modeling and Secure Implementation:
Perform end to end security reviews across architecture, design, and implementation layers.
Conduct security focused code reviews to find vulnerabilities and provide clear fixes aligned with secure coding practices.
Platform Security Design for AI and Data Center Systems:
Design and review security for Root of Trust (RoT), secure boot, attestation, and recovery flows.
Evaluate and strengthen firmware, boot chains, debug interfaces, and out of band management components.
Ensure correctness and integrity of cryptographic measurements, identities, and trust anchors.
Security Architecture Standards Compliance and System Hardening:
Define and review secure design patterns aligned with standards such as OpenBMC, UEFI, SPDM, PLDM, and confidential computing.
Ensure strong authentication and encryption while following least privilege and reducing attack surface across the system lifecycle.
Required Experience and Skills:
6-8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
Strong background in data center security, confidential computing, BMC, SPDM, PLDM, and Open Compute standards.
Deep understanding of ARM security concepts such as TrustZone, exception levels, XPUs, SMMU, secure and non-secure execution, and confidential computing architecture.
Experience in firmware, Linux, and hypervisor (primarily KVM) security including VM isolation.
Strong skills in security architecture, threat modeling, and system level vulnerability analysis.
Good understanding of modern data center systems including CPUs, ASICs, AI accelerators, networking, and overall rack level system integration/deployment.
Knowledge of cryptography, secure boot, attestation, and secure communication.
Experience with server or AI stacks, firmware security, and full product lifecycle security.
Ability to analyze complex systems and convert findings into clear engineering actions.
Experience with server software stack and AI inference accelerator stack is highly preferred.
Experience with AI techniques (such as creation of Agents, MCPs, Skills development, etc.) for code review, fuzzing, and vulnerability detections is highly preferred.
