About the Opportunity
We invite experienced and passionate pharma professionals to join us as a "Volunteer Marketing & Sales Manager". This role is ideal for Pharma Technical Experts or Pharma Consultants who want to contribute their expertise, expand industry influence, and support business growth in pharmaceutical machinery and healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing & sales strategies for pharma machinery and healthcare products.
- Research markets and customers to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Search, track, maintain, and regularly update the leads database.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and understand project requirements.
- Build strong product and service knowledge to support consultative selling.
- Visit client industries to develop relationships and identify upcoming projects.
- Organize and attend client meetings, presentations, and product discussions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Prepare weekly reports on client visits, feedback, and project pipelines.
- Actively promote company products and services.
Key Responsibilities – Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in pharmaceutical machinery, tools, and healthcare devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with order-givers, manufacturers, and decision-makers.
- Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms aligned with business objectives.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and discussions through structured sales reports.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for solutions and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve agreed sales goals.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution/order-giver team.
Eligibility & Experience
- 8 years or more experience in: Pharmaceutical machinery.
- Pharma technical roles.
- Pharma consulting.
- Pharma Machinery or Healthcare related industries.
- Strong understanding of pharma industry standards, client requirements, and technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, ethical, and comfortable working in a volunteer/collaborative role.
- The candidate must be based in Gujarat.
