- Itinerary Design: Create detailed, cost-effective custom international holiday packages.
- Visa Facilitation: Guide corporate clients or tourists through visa documentation and submission processes.
- Vendor Coordination: Negotiate rates and secure inventory with global Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Client Support: Resolve queries, handle schedule modifications, and manage cancellations under tight timelines.
- GDS Systems: Practical knowledge of booking systems like Amadeus or Galileo.
- Fare Construction: Understanding of international routing, PNR generation, and fare rules.
- Office Tools: Moderate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing tour costing data
