We are looking for a skilled Barista who can deliver high-quality coffee, maintain consistency, and create a great customer experience in a fast-paced café environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare espresso-based and milk-based beverages with consistency
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and café standards
- Ensure fast and accurate order execution during rush hours
- Provide polite and professional customer service
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction
- Understanding of coffee beans (Arabica & Robusta)
- Grinder setting & grind size control
- Milk steaming & microfoam preparation
- Basic latte art (heart, tulip, rosetta)
- Coffee menu knowledge (latte, cappuccino, americano, mocha, etc.)
- Speed, accuracy & multitasking ability
- Equipment handling & cleanliness awareness
- Good communication & customer service skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
