Hiring Operations Manager:-
Echor Hotels and Resorts is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and enhance operations across our boutique hospitality properties.
Location: Multiple Properties (Travel Required)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years in Hospitality Operations
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of Operations Management experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience managing boutique hotels, resorts, villas, hostels, experiential stays, or similar hospitality formats
- Hands-on experience managing properties with 10–50 rooms, preferably under 30 rooms
- Strong operational audit and SOP implementation experience across departments
- Practical exposure to Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Relations
- Proven experience in team management, training, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated improvements in cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Experience in cost control, budgeting, and resource optimization
- Good understanding of revenue management and business performance metrics
- Ability to think beyond routine operations and contribute innovative ideas that improve guest experience, ratings, efficiency, and profitability
Preferred Background:
Candidates from boutique hospitality brands such as:-
Hosteller, Zostel, goSTOPS, StayVista, Whoopers, Social Stays, Artsy Stays, Backpacker Panda, or similar hospitality brands will be preferred.
