At Sharda Associates, we build high-performance applications that scale. We are seeking a driven Junior MERN Stack Developer to join our team in Bhopal.
This role is designed for a developer who looks beyond local development (localhost) and is eager to solve real-world production, optimization, and server-side challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build & Scale (MERN + Socket): Develop clean full-stack features and real-time systems (chat, notifications) using Socket.io.
2. Optimize Performance: Speed up React frontend rendering and Node.js backend API response times.
3. Deploy & Monitor: Set up, deploy, and manage applications on Linux VPS environments using Nginx and PM2.
4. Git Best Practices: Maintain clean version control workflows on GitHub (PRs, feature branches).
