➢Install broadband internet services including routers, cables, and other necessary equipment at customer premises.
➢Configure and optimize network settings to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
➢Perform regular maintenance checks on existing broadband systems to ensure reliability and performance.
➢Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues, signal problems, and equipment failures.
➢Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
➢Repair or replace faulty equipment such as routers, cables, and connectors.
➢Upgrade broadband systems to accommodate higher speeds or new technologies as required.
➢Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and inquiries and Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
➢Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
➢Generate service reports detailing work performed, parts used, and recommendations for improvements. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical and networking equipment.
➢Comply with industry regulations and standards related to broadband installation and maintenance. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of broadband networks.
