Vinsark Foods Private Limited is a growing food company focused on delivering quality food products to consumers. We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to support our B2C customer acquisition and relationship-building initiatives.
Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, introducing company products, generating sales leads, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and customer support.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or B2C sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, email).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FMCG, food products, consumer goods, or direct sales.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
