Senior Digital Marketing Specialist- Job Description
About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a
comprehensive digital marketing strategy for STS Wealth.
As the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing
initiatives, from big-picture strategy to day-to-day operations. You will manage a range of digital
marketing activities including lead generation, content creation, SEO, social media management, email
marketing, and performance analysis.
You’ll work closely with various teams to develop and implement strategies that increase brand value,
enhance brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. You will also be tasked with developing budgets,
managing P&L, assessing KPIs, and providing detailed financial reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and managing the execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels:
performance marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Creating and implementing both short-term and long-term marketing goals (OKRs) and ensuring full
alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Ensuring clear communication flow between all involved stakeholders: marketing team, sales team,
product team, and external agencies or contractors.
- Overseeing all day-to-day digital marketing operations, creating and optimizing systems, processes, and workflows.
- Managing the digital marketing budget, financial planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
- Developing data-driven marketing strategies to reach new target markets, increase brand awareness,
and drive sales growth. Working closely with the marketing team on execution.
- Overseeing the development of all creative digital assets including ads, social media content, website
visuals, and email campaigns to ensure brand alignment and market fit.
- Collaborating with different internal teams such as sales, product development, and tech to ensure
cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Conducting NDP (New Product Development) analysis and market research to support the launch of
new marketing initiatives and product offerings.
- Developing and executing cross-sell campaigns aimed at existing customers to maximize customer
lifetime value.
- Maintaining close collaborative relationships with existing partners and building new strategic alliances
and partnerships with other organizations.
Technical Competencies:
- Project Management: Impeccable project management skills and ability to work effectively under
pressure with tight deadlines.
- Social Media Expertise: Expertise in optimizing and managing all aspects of multiple social media
platforms, including content creation, community management, competitor analysis, and data insights.
- Copywriting: Strong, compelling copywriting skills with an editor's eye.
- Graphic Design Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and
workflows.

- Communications and Advertising: Experience in communications strategy, content development, and
advertising strategy.

formats, such as video, design, and editorial.

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
- Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing strategies and achieving growth targets.
- Experience in using digital marketing analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy.
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing principles is a plus.
