- Trend, color & fabric research for new collections
- Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts
- Select fabrics, trims & embellishments
- Coordinate with pattern makers and sampling team
- Ensure design feasibility, costing & timely production
- Oversee fittings, finishing & quality control
- Develop collections aligned with brand identity and market needs
- Present designs to clients/buyers
- Integrate sustainable & eco-friendly design practices
