Job Summary
Strategic Spark Consultants Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and organized Front Office Executive with at least 1 year of experience in handling Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, Business Loans . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and knowledge of loan processing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding financial products.
- Explain Personal Loan, Business Loan, Mortgage Loans products to customers.
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, and sales executives for smooth processing.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and application status.
- Manage office administration and support daily operations.
- Ensure timely completion of loan processing and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
