We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Administrator to support daily HR and administrative operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling attendance and documentation, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, joining documents, and employee files.
- Handle payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities.
- Manage office administration and vendor coordination.
- Handle office supplies, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Maintain MIS reports and HR databases.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Support statutory compliance and documentation processes.

Educational Qualification

- Candidates with good coordination and communication skills preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
