We are looking for Bakery & Pastry Kitchen Assistant to support our dessert production team in Bangalore. This role focuses on preparation, daily kitchen operations, and maintaining product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of cakes, pastries, and dessert items
- Handle ingredient prep, portioning, and basic baking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Support the team during daily production and busy hours
- Ensure consistency in quality and workflow
Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in bakery, pastry, or kitchen operations
- Basic knowledge of baking and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and discipline
- Willingness to learn and grow
