Job Title: CLM Project Manager | Experience: 5+ years in Project Management | Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field Reports to: HOD or equivalent | Work Location: Bangalore/ Hybrid
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced CLM Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in any of the CLM Platforms like Leah (ContractPodAI), Ironclad, Sirion, Agiloft or similar CLM platforms, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and proven success delivering enterprise-wide contract management transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
· Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the CLM initiative, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and manage project progress to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Partner with Sales, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders.
- Address concerns proactively and maintain strong engagement across departments.
- Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and project specifications.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and CLM partners.
Process Optimization
- Analyze and optimize contract management processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and execution.
- Implement CLM best practices to streamline workflows across the contract lifecycle.
- Enhance monitoring and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end users.
- Drive adoption through structured change management strategies.
Quality Assurance
- Establish QA processes to ensure data integrity, compliance, and system accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain governance standards within the CLM environment.
Skills/Capabilities
- 6+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms namely Leah (Contract PodAI, Sirion, Ironclad or similar platforms
- Enterprise CLM implementation experience
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Experience in risk management and governance
- Skilled in process re-engineering and training execution
· Hands-on experience with Project Management tools and techniques.
Desirable Skills:
· Experience integrating CLM with CRM/ERP systems
· Strong communication and executive reporting skills
· Certified Project Manager
· Certified or experience with any of the CLM platforms - Leah, Sirion, Ironclad, or Agiloft
