Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. Meet customer service targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
