Job description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Design Executive / Textile Designer with experience in home furnishings and lifestyle products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in prints, embroidery, weaving, surface textures, and trend-based design development, with a passion for creating innovative mattress and sleep product concepts aligned with evolving customer preferences and brand aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative designs for mattresses, sleep accessories, and home furnishing products
- Create print concepts, fabric patterns, embroidery layouts, weaving structures, and surface texture developments
- Research market trends, consumer preferences, materials, and color forecasts to drive new product ideas
- Ensure all product designs align with brand identity, quality standards, and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams for product innovation and material development
- Work closely with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth production execution
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, technical specifications, and artwork files
- Support sampling, prototype development, and product enhancements
- Maintain consistency in design language across product categories
- Stay updated on global home furnishing, lifestyle, and sleep industry trends

Pay: Up to ₹2,300,000.00 per year
