About the Project
Surya Group of Hotels and Resorts is developing a landmark luxury eco-resort near Satkosia Tiger Reserve, Angul, Odisha. This is one of Eastern India's most ambitious hospitality construction projects, set against one of the country's most spectacular natural landscapes.
We are hiring one Project Manager who will own this project from mobilisation to handover.
What This Role Is
This is not a coordination role or a reporting position. You will carry full responsibility for planning, execution, procurement, quality, budget, and delivery across all project phases. You will work directly with the promoters and manage every trade on site.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead end-to-end project execution from mobilisation through commissioning and handover
- Manage civil, structural, MEP, luxury interiors, landscaping, and external development works
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, and vendors
- Supervise PEB structure erection, facade installation, and fabrication yard operations
- Build and maintain the project schedule and protect critical path milestones across all trades
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement of construction materials, FF&E, and OS&E
- Supervise subcontractors across civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain luxury project standards
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management with risks clearly flagged
- Manage design changes, RFIs, and value engineering without compromising the luxury brief
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience
- Minimum 2 hotel or resort projects completed in the role of Project Manager
- Proven experience in civil, structural, MEP, luxury interiors, and high-end finishes
- Hands-on experience with facade systems including glass, metal cladding, and stone
- Hands-on experience with Pre-Engineered Building structures
- Strong command of project scheduling, budgeting, BOQ review, and procurement
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-trade teams and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience on luxury or premium hospitality projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and contract management

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
