Job Summary
We are looking for a CSR / Corporate Partnerships Executive to support the organisation in raising funds through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships and corporate donations.
The role involves identifying potential corporate partners, preparing proposals and presentations, reaching out to companies, and following up to build strong partnerships. The candidate should be proactive, well-organised, and confident in communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, presentations and partnership decks for CSR funding and corporate donations
- Identify, research and approach corporates for CSR support, sponsorships and donation opportunities
- Collect relevant company, CSR and funding details and maintain a proper database of prospects and contacts
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails and meetings to convert leads into funding opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project details, budgets, impact data and supporting documents
- Track and update the status of corporate outreach, proposals submitted, meetings conducted and funds committed
- Support in achieving fundraising targets and securing long-term corporate partnerships
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management
- Represent the organisation professionally during corporate meetings, events and partnership discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CSR fundraising, business development, partnerships, NGO fundraising, or corporate relations
- Experience in proposal writing and donor communication will be preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Candidates with NGO / social sector experience will be an advantage
