Position Details
Job Title: Warden Cum PTI
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site / Residential Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Salary finalized based on qualification, experience & interview performance)
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain hostel discipline and supervise the daily routine of students
- Monitor student attendance, conduct, and overall welfare
- Conduct daily PT drills, parade practice, and physical training sessions
- Organize sports activities, fitness programs, and competitions
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and structured hostel management
- Maintain discipline records and coordinate with academic staff
- Handle emergencies responsibly and ensure campus security
- Promote leadership, teamwork, and defence-oriented values among students
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Mandatory):
- Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Qualification (For PTI Role):
- B.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed. from a recognized university
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in hostel management, physical training, or a similar role preferred
- Experience in a boarding school/defence school environment will be an advantage
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and disciplinary control
- Physically fit and capable of conducting drills
- Good communication and student management skills
- Ability to handle responsibility and emergencies
- Professional, dedicated, and structured working approach
