Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack MERN Developer with 0-1 year of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for web development, be eager to learn new technologies, and be comfortable working with the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using MERN stack.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Work with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and aggregation.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers for smooth UI/UX development.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues across the stack.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT/OAuth.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (optional but preferred).
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with frontend development using React.js, Redux, Hooks, and Context API.
- Understanding of MongoDB database design, aggregation, and indexing.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
- Familiarity with state management techniques (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud services (AWS, Firebase) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Next.js for SSR (Server-Side Rendering).
- Basic understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Familiarity with GraphQL (Apollo Client/Server).
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.).
- Previous internship or project experience in MERN stack development.
