We are looking for an experienced and responsible Weaving Manager to manage our weaving unit at Erode, Tamil Nadu.
Location: Kalvettupalayam, Vengambur (PO), Erode Taluk, Erode – 638153
Our Weaving Unit:
- 7 Weaving Looms
- 1 Jacquard Loom
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision and management of the weaving unit
- Plan and monitor daily production as per requirements
- Ensure smooth operation and optimum utilisation of looms
- Monitor fabric quality and minimise production defects
- Manage yarn, beam and other weaving-related requirements
- Supervise loom operators and other weaving staff
- Coordinate with production, quality and other teams
- Monitor loom efficiency, production targets and wastage
- Handle day-to-day weaving issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain proper production and operational records
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of looms
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in weaving/fabric manufacturing is essential
- Experience in managing weaving operations and operators
- Knowledge of Jacquard weaving will be an advantage
- Good understanding of yarn, fabric construction, quality and production processes
- Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day weaving operations
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
