We are looking for Fresher/Experienced OPTOMETRIST for the esteemed opticals at Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers, understand vision needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Prescription Reading: Read doctor’s prescription – SPH, CYL, AXIS, ADD. Explain to customer in simple Tamil/English
- Frame Selection: Suggest frames based on face shape, prescription power, usage – office, driving, readingLens
- Counseling: Explain lens types – Single Vision, Bifocal, Progressive, Blue-cut, Photochromic, Anti-glare. Upsell premium lenses
- PD & Fitting: Measure Pupillary Distance, mark frame height for progressive lenses
- Billing & CRM: Enter order in software, collect advance, explain delivery timeline. Update customer in CRM/WhatsApp
- Target & Incentives: Achieve monthly sales target. Earn incentives on lens upgrades, premium frames
- After Sales: Handle adjustments, minor repairs, customer complaints politelyStore
- Hygiene: Maintain display, check stock, ensure frames are clean and arranged
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
