The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing supply chain data, preparing reports, and
ensuring accurate information flow across procurement, production, logistics, and distribution. This
role supports operational efficiency by providing timely insights and dashboards to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, validate, and maintain supply chain data from ERP systems,
warehouses, and procurement teams.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering procurement,
inventory, production, and distribution.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for
real-time visibility.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, material movement, and warehouse performance.
- Process Support: Provide data-driven insights to procurement, production, and logistics
teams for decision-making.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of records for audits and
compliance.
- KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, lead times, and
service levels, Fill rate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, IT, or Business Administration.
- 2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA).
- Knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
