Telecaller – Admission Counsellor

Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers/Admission Counsellors to guide MBBS and NEET PG aspirants regarding our educational programs and assist them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
* Call prospective students and parents from the provided leads.
* Explain NEET Guruji courses, fees, offers, and admission process.
* Counsel students and resolve their queries professionally.
* Follow up with interested candidates until admission.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM/Excel.
* Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
* Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
* Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be preferred.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Work Details
* Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
* Working Days: Monday to Saturday
* Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
