Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Manage and nurture leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Collaborate with dietitians and internal teams to ensure effective customer onboarding and closure.
- Identify growth opportunities to drive clinic revenue and profitability.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and superior customer experience.
2. Corporate Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
- Identify and establish partnerships with corporates, HR teams, insurance companies, and healthcare organizations.
- Develop strategic alliances with doctors, diagnostic centers, fitness centers, sports academies, and wellness partners.
- Organize corporate wellness programs, health camps, seminars, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Explore new channels and business opportunities to expand the clinic's reach and visibility.
3. Referral Network Development
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, gyms, RWAs, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Strengthen referral channels to generate quality leads.
- Develop long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable business growth.
- Represent the clinic in local communities and networking events.
4. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support social media initiatives, testimonials, and content development.
- Participate in awareness programs, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
- Increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition through strategic marketing efforts.
5. Event Management & Wellness Initiatives
- Organize webinars, health awareness sessions, and educational workshops.
- Coordinate wellness programs with corporates, schools, colleges, and sports academies.
- Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
- Generate leads and strengthen brand positioning through engagement activities.
6. Strategic Partner Coordination
- Act as the key point of contact for partners such as 1 Chaze, Imusath, and diagnostic service providers.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with all stakeholders.
7. Reporting & Process Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases.
- Track business development, sales, and partnership activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics and revenue generation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, reporting standards, and operational processes.
Desired Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Healthcare Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, fitness, or lifestyle industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹11,530.80 - ₹35,000.00 per month
