**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ** Analyst** to join our Operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about using data and analysis to improve operational efficiency. You will support the team in analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from multiple sources
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations for operational metrics
- Support day-to-day operations through data-driven insights
- Help track inventory, workflow, productivity, and cost metrics
- Conduct basic root cause analysis for operational issues
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and other teams to gather requirements and feedback
- Prepare clear reports and presentations for team leads and managers
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
#### **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas)
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio – any one is a plus)
- Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
#### **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Internship experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or analytics
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
- Knowledge of Python or Google Apps Script
- Understanding of supply chain or warehouse operations
