ICU / NICU Staff Nurse
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ICU/NICU Staff Nurses to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill adult or neonatal patients, monitor their condition, and work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU/NICU patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient condition, and treatment progress.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Assist physicians during medical procedures and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and hospital safety protocols.
- Educate and support patients’ families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU or NICU.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.
