Salary Structure
- First 3 Months (Training & Probation): ₹12,000/month
- After Successful Probation: ₹15,000/month
- Experienced & High Performer: Up to ₹22,000/month

Job Responsibilities
- Generate new trading business leads.
- Meet clients through field visits and scheduled appointments.
- Explain the company's trading services professionally.
- Schedule client meetings and Zoom sessions.
- Assist clients with account opening and onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain daily reports and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly trading business targets.
Performance Targets
- First 3 Months: ₹10 Lakh Monthly Target.
- After Confirmation: ₹15 Lakh Monthly Target.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
- Confident personality with a professional attitude.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
