Hiring: Process Associate – Title Search (US Mortgage)
Location: Coimbatore – Gandhipuram
Experience: 0 – 4 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform title searches on US properties using public records.
- Review and analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, assessments, and tax records.
- Conduct Current Owner Search, Two Owner Search, and Full Owner Search.
- dentify ownership history, title defects, encumbrances, and other legal issues affecting the property.
- Prepare accurate title search reports as per client guidelines.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Follow process guidelines and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with team leads for clarifications and process updates.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering)
- Freshers are welcome (US Mortgage Title Search training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good reading, analytical, and comprehension skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts
