About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and highly responsible Admin Executive to manage daily order dispatch and operations for our busy outlet in Golpark, Kolkata.
In this role, you will be the central point of coordination between our customers, third-party delivery partners, and the kitchen staff. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every online food delivery order is processed, packed, and handed over perfectly and on time.
What You Will Do
- Order Management & Dispatch: Monitor and manage incoming orders from various online food delivery platforms. Ensure every order is billed, packed, and handed over to the correct delivery partner promptly.
- Kitchen Coordination: Act as the direct bridge between the online ordering system and the kitchen, communicating order details clearly to ensure on-time food preparation.
- Quality Control: Conduct final checks on all packaged items against the order tickets to prevent missing items or mix-ups before dispatch.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming customer calls, resolve any order-related queries, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Daily Procurement: Make a daily visit to the local market for basic grocery shopping to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked with essential daily supplies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Previous experience handling merchant dashboards for third-party food delivery apps, or administrative experience in a cloud kitchen/QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment is highly preferred.
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Golpark, Kolkata will be given strong preference for ease of daily commute.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication.
- Work Style: Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable stepping out daily for local market procurement runs.
