About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Brand Influencer & Content Creator Intern who will represent our clients and brand through engaging video content. The selected candidate will appear in real estate and plotting project videos, promotional campaigns, social media reels, and brand shoots. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, has strong communication skills, and can confidently present information in a professional and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the on-screen face for real estate and plotting project video content.
- Participate in indoor and outdoor video shoots across project locations.
- Present property features, amenities, location highlights, and project benefits in videos.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and video production teams during content creation.
- Record short-form and long-form content for social media platforms.
- Deliver scripts confidently and naturally in front of the camera.
- Assist in creating engaging and informative content that enhances brand visibility.
- Represent the brand professionally during shoots, events, and promotional activities.
- Contribute creative ideas for reels, walkthrough videos, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Camera-confident personality with a strong on-screen presence.
- Basic understanding of the real estate or plotting sector is preferred.
- Comfortable appearing in promotional videos, reels, and brand campaigns.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Good grooming sense and professional appearance.
- Ability to travel for outdoor shoots when required.
- Prior experience in content creation, anchoring, acting, influencing, or public speaking is a plus.
