1) Reliability prediction and Accelerated testing
2) Noise,vibration and structural testing
3) Establishing product life for technological components
4) Warranty failure analysis and resolution , FR cost reduction
5) Development of test rig.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1.Test plans based on failure mode directory
2.Field failure simulation and root cause analysis
3. Structural testing of to find out the response of the system
4.Installation of Test Rigs /Analyse data in the technological components
5.Establishing accelerated test procedure
6.Analyze data in Weibull++/ALTA and establish product life
7.Identify the sources for engineering solution for measurement of strain, forces, deflection etc. based on the requirement
