Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager to oversee the academy's daily operations, admissions, marketing initiatives, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills along with proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing to drive student enrollments and strengthen the academy's online presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Operations Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the academy.
- Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and administrative staff.
- Ensure smooth execution of admissions and student support processes.
- Monitor student satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs.
Admissions & Business Development
- Develop strategies to increase student admissions.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Maintain partnerships with Japanese language schools and universities.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Create lead generation strategies to maximize student inquiries.
- Coordinate content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
SEO & Website Management
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Improve keyword rankings and increase organic website traffic.
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Coordinate website updates with designers and developers.
Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Track Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze user behavior and optimize marketing funnels.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Team Leadership
- Supervise admissions counselors, marketing executives, and administrative staff.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly reports covering admissions, revenue, marketing performance, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to improve organizational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, or Digital Marketing certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management, preferably in education, overseas education consultancy, training institutes, or service industries.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Experience in managing admissions or educational operations is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working with Japanese education programs or international education is an added advantage.
