1. Training & Development
- Develop and execute annual training calendars for all restaurant outlets.
- Design training modules for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.
- Update training content based on operational requirements and SOP changes.
2.Operational Training
- Train employees on restaurant SOPs and service standards.
- Conduct product knowledge and menu training.
- Train staff on upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Ensure proper grooming, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Conduct refresher training sessions periodically.
3. Food Safety & Compliance
- Conduct FSSAI and FoSTaC awareness training.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Train staff on HACCP, personal hygiene, cleaning schedules, and pest control procedures.
- Maintain training records for compliance audits.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
