About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and research-driven Content Writer who can turn ideas, information, and complex topics into powerful, engaging, and visually compelling content.
This is not a conventional content-writing role. We need someone who can think beyond generic content, discover unique angles, develop fresh concepts, and write scripts that can be transformed into engaging videos by our Motion Graphic Artists.
What You’ll Do
- Write creative, high-retention scripts for videos, reels and digital content.
- Conduct deep research and turn information into compelling stories.
- Create powerful hooks and openings that grab attention within the first few seconds.
- Brainstorm fresh, original and unconventional content ideas.
- Develop scripts with strong storytelling, flow, curiosity and audience engagement.
- Think visually and provide creative direction that helps Motion Graphic Artists bring scripts to life.
- Collaborate with designers, motion graphic artists and marketing teams.
- Keep up with content trends, audience psychology and viral formats.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, creative writing or video scripting.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling and research skills.
- Strong understanding of hooks, audience retention and engaging content.
- Ability to turn simple ideas into unique and powerful content concepts.
- Strong command of English and/or Hindi/Hinglish.
- A creative mindset — someone who doesn't just write, but thinks, questions and creates.
