Position Summary
The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for increasing sales of E-Rickshaws through dealer development, retail sales, customer relationship management, field marketing activities, and target achievement. The role includes market expansion, channel management, customer handling, and coordination with finance and service teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate retail and institutional sales for E-Rickshaws.
- Develop and maintain dealer/distributor networks.
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Increase market penetration and brand visibility.
Dealer & Channel Management
- Appoint new dealers/sub-dealers as per company policy.
- Maintain healthy relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Support dealers in retail sales and promotional activities.
- Ensure dealer stock management and timely billing.
Customer Handling
- Attend walk-in and field customers.
- Explain product features, financing options, warranty, and benefits.
- Resolve customer complaints in coordination with service teams.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Field Operations
- Conduct road shows, promotional campaigns, and market activations.
- Visit rural and urban markets regularly.
- Coordinate with finance/NBFC partners for customer loan approvals.
- Submit daily field visit reports and sales reports.
Team Coordination
- Guide junior sales executives and field staff.
- Coordinate with marketing, accounts, and service departments.
- Support management in implementing sales strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile/E-Rickshaw market.
- Dealer handling and channel sales experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Leadership and team coordination capability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, CRM).
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- MBA/Marketing background preferred but not mandatory.

- 3–6 years of experience in:

- EV Segment

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
